New Steelers quarterback Russell Wilson and his wife, Ciara, know how to celebrate their son’s birthday. No doubt Future always will remember the night he spent sitting courtside for an NBA playoff game.
And then there were those shoes. In fact, two pairs of them. The Wilsons were at TD Garden in Boston, Wednesday, to watch Jayson Tatum and the Celtics take on the Cleveland Cavaliers.
After the Celtics clinched a spot in the Eastern Conference title series, Tatum gifted 10-year-old Future with two autographed pairs of shoes. Tatum also scored 25 points, to give the Wilsons a show.
The trio was front and center at TD Garden in Boston’s 113-98 win over the Cleveland Cavaliers to celebrate Future’s 10th birthday.
ESPN and ESPNNFL shared a gallery of photos to give Steelers fans a glimpse of the special birthday moments. Enjoy!
As Wilson settles in as the newest Steelers quarterback, he’s probably less anxious about real estate. That’s because he finally sold his lakeshore mansion back in Seattle.
According to the Seattle news outlet King5, Wilson’s home sold for $21.5 million. He first put it up for sale in April, 2022, when he left the Seahawks for the Broncos. He then spent two seasons in Denver before he headed for Pittsburgh to play for the Steelers.
The selling price doesn’t include a parcel of land surrounding the 11,100-square-foot home. The land went for $9.75 million and was bought by a different buyer two years ago. The Wilsons had a basketball and pickleball court on the property. And it also featured 110-feet of lake front.
The house also had some other cool features. It has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a theater and a boat dock. Plus, there’s a two-story treehouse. No doubt Future spent many a fun afternoon nestled high above the property.
